The location of this study was Air Lanang Village in the <br />South Curup District. This study employs qualitative descriptive research as its methodology. In <br />this study, there are two types of data sources: primary data and secondary data. A purposive <br />sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria that met the <br />requirements of the research, was used by researchers to select research informants. Observation, <br />interviews, and documentation were the methods used in this study to gather data. By comparing <br />observations with data from interviews, observations, and documentation, triangulation was used <br />in this study to test the validity of the research data. Data extraction, data presentation, and drawing <br />conclusions are the data analysis methods used. The implementation of village fund policies in the <br />Disaster Response Village in Air Lanang Village, Curup Selatan District, as well as <br />communication between the chairman. Disaster Resilient Villages create good communication <br />with the community to avoid misunderstandings. Thus, employee performance will be better and more effective in supporting the realization of the company's goals. This thesis is to analyze the Influence of Career Development, Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya, Bengkulu City for sampling in this study is a total sampling of 60 employees of PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya, Bengkulu City. Multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, with the results of the study, it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely variables (Career Development, Work Environment and Compensation) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The population used in this study is customers from JNE Bengkulu City. The number of respondents in this study is 100 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests, namely t-test and f-test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of the regression equation Y = 4.096 + 0.255 (X1) + 0.451 (X2) and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that Timeliness has a significant effect on service satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing &gt; values (4.144 &gt; 1.984) and (sig α = 0.00 &lt; 0.050). This means being rejected and accepted. Shipment tracking has a significant effect on service satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t-test showing &gt; values (8.935 &gt; 1.984) and (sig α = 0.00 &lt; 0.050). This means being rejected and accepted. This research uses a qualitative analysis approach with descriptive methods. The use of this descriptive method is based on a problem solving procedure by describing the current state of an object or subject based on facts. The approach used is a qualitative approach. By using the theory of Policy Implementation from George Edward III which suggests that Policy Implementation can be determined by 4 factors, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The results of the research show that the implementation of waste management policies in Pasar Minggu has not been running optimally, this is indicated by the lack of quality human resources who can manage waste into more useful and reusable goods, the lack of the required fleet and the absence of standards. Operational Procedures (SOP) in implementing policies so that policy implementers and related parties only carry out instructions from the Government. This research is a quantitative research with a sample of 336 respondents, using accidental sampling technique, that is, all residents of the population are directly targeted and research objects. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the simple linear regression test. This means that the variable Advertising on Television has a positive influence on online product purchasing decisions. The company carries out HR development through education and training tailored to the needs and job types of employees. Performance assessment is conducted using qualitative methods involving evaluation of employee behavior and personality. The results of the research show that PT Bringin Gigantara implements a structured method to measure the quantity and quality of work, as well as employee punctuality. Work quantity measurement involves agreed-upon targets and routine evaluations. Work quality is assessed based on high standards covering various aspects, and punctuality is monitored through a digital time-tracking system. HR management in this company plays a significant role in supporting employees to achieve their targets through training, incentives, and efficient workload management.
