The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 130 samples, which were considered sufficient to represent the population. The samples taken are consumers of Bro &amp; Sis Cafe Bengkulu City. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis test. The results showed that location has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bro &amp; Sis Cafe Bengkulu City, meaning that if the location increases, the purchasing decision will also increase. The location of the Bengkulu City Bro &amp; Sis Cafe which is in the campus environment can increase consumer decisions to shop at the Bengkulu City Bro &amp; Sis Cafe. Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bro &amp; Sis Cafe Bengkulu City, meaning that the more promotions increase, the purchasing decisions will also increase. J&amp;T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. The population in this study were all employees at the PT. J&amp;T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. Sampling in this study, using the census method, namely taking the entire existing population. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that (1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. J&amp;T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City, and (2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. J&amp;T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. (3) the work environment and incentives simultaneously influence the work productivity of employees at the PT. The sampling technique used total sampling based on predetermined criteria of 150 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using the SPSS 24 formula. Based on the results of research and analysis of the influence of the Compensation, Work Environment and Training variables on Employee Job Satisfaction. The following conclusions can be drawn: Compensation has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction of employees, this is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount &gt; ttable (6,229 &gt; 1,980) The work environment has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction of employees, this is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount &gt; ttable (2,240&gt;1,980) Training has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction of employees, this is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount &gt; ttable (3,084&gt;1,980) Compensation, Work Environment, and Training (X3) influence employee Job Satisfaction. This can be seen from joint hypothesis testing (Simultaneous) Ftable &gt; Fcount (68,710 &gt; 3,940). This is proven by the correlation analysis R = 0.765 (76.5%) and is almost close to 1. The population in this study is all KZ Allshop Bengkulu customers. In this study using data collection methods by way of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using instrument tests, Respondent Response Analysis, Classical Assumptions Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and also Hypothesis Testing.
